Greetings monkiis,
monkii Dan said it best – "HELL YEAH!" We blasted through our goal in a record 14 minutes. That means that soon you will be having awesome workouts in exotic locations around the world. It also means that it only took us 15 minutes from launch to begin placing orders with our manufacturers.
Speaking of manufacturers – we forgot to mention that pocket monkii will be MADE IN THE USA (Colorado and Wisconsin). This has been something we’ve fought to continue from our beginnings 5 years ago. We’ve had such a successful first 2 weeks that we are ready to make that commitment. Let’s call it the $500,000 stretch goal for fun.
Before we talk about our next stretch goal, we wanted to address some backer comments and questions. The number one most asked question we've received so far is:

A. So many backers reached out via comments, messages and emails regarding enhanced outdoor functionality that it really got us thinking about ways to make pocket monkii work even better outside (you can see from the first video that it works really well as is). So we did what we always do – went into the wild on an innovation quest. Well, monkii Dan did at least. And what he came back with was this:

The Outdoor Anchor Accessory was suggested by backers and made for monkiis.
This is now available as an add-on for all backers. Just add $25 to your pledge and you’ll get the Outdoor Anchor Accessory shipped with your pocket monkii. Here's how:
Step 1: Click on the “Manage your Pledge” button while you’re viewing the pocket monkii campaign page.
Step 2: Click on “Change your Pledge”.
Step 3: Scroll to your Current Reward and ADD $25 to the current amount shown. Then hit “Continue”.
Step 4: Hit “Confirm” to save your changes and secure your Outdoor Accessory Attachment.
Pre-Survey Survey (Not to be confused with the Backer Survey)
A big monkii fist (that’s a good thing) to those select one thousand monkiis who completed the special Pre-Survey Survey. This was to help us estimate order quantities based on colors and styles of pocket monkiis. We need this now to get manufacturing going. We thought you might be interested in the results, but please don’t let these results influence your decision, as it will completely screw up our estimates!
We’d also like to highlight a few monkiis who have really been helping out in the comments section – answering questions, providing insights, and overall really making the Kickstarter process come to life. We’re going to call this section the WILD MONKII AWARDS.
