Our user weight limit is 250 pounds! The actual strength of the system is much higher - this limit gives us a safety multiple. If you weigh 250 pounds or less you are ready to monkii.

How big are the pocket monkii handles/bars compared to monkii bars 2?
MB2 handles are 7 inches long and 1 3/8 inch diameter. Pocket monkii handles are 4.75 inches long and 7/8th inch diameter. Despite the smaller size, pocket still provides a great grip!

When is pocket monkii shipping?
We are still on track for an expected November time frame. Monkiis get wild in the winter, too (unless of course you live in the Land Down Under and it’s spring for you!). Any time of year is a monkii time of year!

Will the pocket-sized case be able to hold the outdoor anchor?
Yes! We tweaked the design so that it will be able to hold the outdoor anchor in a nifty fashion, yet keep the case pocket sized!

Do I have to pay customs fees if I am an International backer?
Yes. We do not have the ability to cover any customs/VAT fees and you will want to plan for having to pay them when your shipment arrives. Most countries have calculators that can help you figure out the approximate cost.

For the isocore accessory, what is the difference between the heavy and light resistance options?
The heavy resistance is fairly challenging, even for monkii Dan! If you have a strong core or already consider yourself to be above intermediate in your fitness level, then heavy might be a good option to start. But for beginners and most intermediate monkiis, the light option will offer a great starting place and keep most monkiis busy for quite a while.

Does the isocore add-on/accessory include the isocore training program?
The isocore addion does not include the training. It is meant as a way for people who pledged for the isocore bundle to also add the other resistance option. In order to get the isocore training you would need to upgrade to the bundle.

How wide and long are the straps?
From handle to handle, pocket monkii is about 7 feet. The webbing between the handles measures about 6 feet. The width of the webbing is 1/2 inch.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
